目的：调查麻醉专业医护人员对临床警报的知信行和疲劳程度的现状。
方法：选择全国39家医院的423名麻醉专业医护人员为研究对象，采用临床警报知识、态度和行为问卷及临床警报疲劳量表进行问卷调查，并对结果进行统计分析。
结果：共发放调查问卷423份，均为有效问卷。麻醉专业医护人员临床警报知识、态度和行为问卷总得分（知信行）为（101.0±12.1）分，其中，知识维度（9.0±2.8）分、态度维度（49.3±7.0）分、行为维度（42.7±11.6）分。临床警报疲劳量表总得分为（18.2±7.4）分，其中得分最高的条目是“仪器警报使我感到焦虑不安”。警报疲劳与临床警报知信行具有低度相关（r=0.326，P<0.001）。
结论：麻醉专业医护人员的临床警报知信行程度较高，警报疲劳呈中等偏上程度。

Objective: To investigate status of the knowledge-attitude-practice and fatigue level of anesthesia medical professionals regarding clinical alarms.
Methods: A total of 423 anesthesia medical professionals from 39 hospitals around the country were selected. The clinical alarms knowledge, attitude, and behavior scale and the clinical alert fatigue score were used to conduct a questionnaire survey, and the results were statistically analyzed.
Results: A total of 423 questionnaires were issued, all of which were valid. Anesthesia medical professionals scored a total of (101.0 ± 12.1) scores for alarm knowledge, attitude, and practice scale, with the knowledge dimension scoring (9.0 ± 2.8) scores, the attitude dimension scoring (49.3 ± 7.0) scores, and the behavioral dimension scoring (42.7 ± 11.6) scores. The total score of the level of alert fatigue was (18.2 ± 7.4) scores, of which the highest scoring entry was “instrument alarms make me feel anxious”. The alert fatigue has low correlation with clinical alarms knowledge-attitude-practice (r = 0.326, P < 0.001).
Conclusion: Medical professionals specializing in anesthesia have a high level of knowledge, attitude, and practice regarding clinical alarms, and alert fatigue was at a moderate to high level.
