      哮喘是一种患儿发育期常见的气道慢性炎症性疾病,严重影响患儿的生活质量和生命健康。在麻醉药物和手术刺激等多种因素的影响下,哮喘在围术期易被诱发及加重。七氟醚是目前小儿麻醉中最常用的吸入麻醉药,不同浓度的七氟醚可对哮喘患儿气道产生不同的效应。本文综述不同浓度七氟醚对哮喘患儿气道力学、气道炎症以及气道重塑作用的相关研究进展,为哮喘患儿的围术期用药及治疗方案提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Asthma is a common chronic inflammatory airway disease during childhood development, which seriously affects the quality of life and life health of children. Under the influence of various factors such as anesthetic drugs and surgical stimulation, asthma is easily induced and aggravated in the perioperative period. Sevoflurane is the most commonly used inhalation anesthetic in pediatric anesthesia, and different concentrations of sevoflurane can produce different effects on the airway of children with asthma. In this paper, the effects of sevoflurane on airway mechanics, airway inflammation, and airway remodeling in children with asthma were reviewed, providing reference for future intraoperative medication and treatment of children with asthma.
