未预测到的困难气道是危及患者围术期生命安全的主要因素之一。气道超声检查作为一种无创诊断工具,具有安全、快速、实时、便携和可重复的优点,尤其是在解剖结构因病理或创伤而变异的情况下,仍然能够可视化测量与困难气道有关的解剖学参数。但目前通过超声评估困难气道的方法尚不完善,本文对可预测困难气道的超声测量相关上气道解剖参数的研究进展进行综述。 |

Unpredictable difficult airway is one of the main factors endangering the life safety of perioperative patients. As a noninvasive diagnostic tool, airway ultrasonography has the advantages of safety, rapidity, real-time, portability and repeatability. Especially when the anatomical structure changes due to pathology or trauma, airway ultrasonography can still visually measure the anatomical parameters related to difficult airway. However, at present, the method of evaluating difficult airway by ultrasound is not perfect, and there are still disputes over which ultrasonic parameters can accurately predict difficult airway. This paper reviews the research progress of anatomical parameters of upper airway related to ultrasonic measurement that can predict difficult airway. |
