目的 观察新型可充气抗休克裤预防蛛网膜下腔阻滞（腰麻）下剖宫产术中低血压的效果。
方法 选择择期在腰麻下行剖宫产术的单胎足月妊娠产妇97例，年龄18～35岁，ASA Ⅱ或Ⅲ级，孕期>37周。采用随机数字表将产妇分为两组：对照组（n=48）和观察组（n=49）。观察组腰麻后立即穿戴新型可充气抗休克裤，对照组不使用。腰麻后2～30 min每隔2 min测量并记录一次血压，如果术中出现低血压（SBP<基础值的80%），静脉注射去氧肾上腺素100 μg。记录术中低血压、高血压、恶心、呕吐、心动过缓的发生情况。记录胎儿娩出时间、新生儿体重以及新生儿1、5 min Apgar评分。
结果 观察组术中低血压、恶心发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组胎儿娩出时间、新生儿体重以及新生儿1、5 min Apgar评分差异均无统计学意义。
结论 新型可充气抗休克裤可以降低术中低血压的发生率和血压下降幅度。

Objective To observe the clinical application of a new inflatable anti-shock pants to prevent intraoperative hypotension during spinal anesthesia for cesarean section.
Methods Ninety-seven mature parturient women with single-embryo scheduled for elective cesarean section, aged 18-35 years, ASA physical status Ⅱ or Ⅲ, with a gestational age > 37 weeks, were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method: control group (n = 48) and observation group (n = 49). New inflatable anti-shock pants were used immediately after spinal anesthesia in the observation group but not in the control group. Maternal BP were measured at 2 minutes intervals beginning 2 minutes after spinal injection for 30 minutes. If hypotension (SBP < 80% of the base value) occurred during the operation, intravenous injection of phenylephrine 100 μg was administered. The incidence of hypotension, hypertension, nausea, vomiting, and bradycardia were recorded. The time of fetal delivery, neonatal weight, and neonatal 1 and 5 minutes Apgar scores were recorded.
Results The incidences of hypotension and nausea in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in neonatal weight, or neonatal 1 and 5 minutes Apgar scores between the two groups.
Conclusion The new inflatable anti-shock pants reduce the incidence of intraoperative hypotension and the magnitude of blood pressure drop during cesarean section.
