      Hip fracture is one of the most common fracturs in elderly patients, which seriously threatens the health and the life of elderly patients. In the perioperative period, the evaluation of the patient's condition by the anesthesiologist is crucial. Because cardiovascular disease has serious adverse consequences for the prognosis of elderly patients with hip fractures, it has been anesthesiologists' focus of screening and evaluation. Correct and timely judgment of cardiovascular diseases and reasonable intervention can help to reduce the incidence and mortality of cardiovascular adverse events in elderly patients with hip fracture and improve the quality of life of patients.
