      认知功能障碍是各种原因导致的认知功能损害,严重影响患者的生活质量。高龄、既往心脑血管疾病、麻醉及手术等均是其危险因素。 细胞自噬是维持细胞能量稳态必需的细胞内降解途径,与应激、感染、癌症及神经退行性疾病等密切相关。近年来大量研究表明,细胞自噬在认知功能障碍机制中发挥重要作用。神经元内自噬水平异常会破坏细胞稳态,严重时可影响患者的认知功能。通过调控各种细胞自噬信号通路可明显改善细胞缺氧、促进能量及物质代谢,改善认知功能,以上为临床认知功能障碍的预防和治疗提供了新的思路。
英文摘要:
      Cognitive dysfunction is the impairment of cognitive function caused by various reasons, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Old age, past cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, anesthesia and surgery are the most common factors. Autophagy is an intracellular degradation pathway essential for maintaining cellular energy homeostasis, which is closely related to stress, infection, cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.In recent years, numerous studies have shown that autophagy plays an important role in the mechanism of cognitive dysfunction. Abnormal autophagy levels in neurons can disrupt cell homeostasis and, in severe cases, affect patients’ cognitive function. Studies have shown that regulating various autophagy signaling pathways can significantly improve cellular hypoxia, promote energy and substance metabolism, and improve cognitive function, which provides a new idea for the prevention and treatment of clinical cognitive dysfunction.
